NordicTrack ARM EXERCISER Tension Rope Cord / Drum Resistance Adjustment SPRING

Goes under tension adjustment knob and on top of bearing set.  Make sure you have 3pc BEARING SET below Spring on top of drum underneath.  Brake Pad is UNDER the drum.
