ONE SET ONLY.  Medium / Large Fit.  This set is Identical except in color (Grey instead of Black) to Original NordicTrack Fitness Grips but with a BETTER ADJUSTABLE STRAP!  Adjustable REFLEX brand Straps have a plastic "sandwich" (double layer) feed rather than the metal grommet which is hard to thread  ---but easy to tear.  3.1oz each.
